CompUSA Stores Closing

Compusa is closing 128 of it’s 229 stores starting today.
Compusa made the announcement earlier this week about it’s “Realignment Strategy”.

According to Compusa it now has 100 stores, so when you click the link and your store is no longer on that list, it’s due to be closed!

Saab Biopower

Saab has this BioPower 9-5. I hope we are going to get Bio-Ethanol vehicles in the USA soon. (Probrably not!) :(

The possibilities of REALLY small RFID tag’s.

Now… I can think of some creative ways to use these things. You can sprinkle some on something, or someone. And so you can track someone, and see where they have been when some of the powder falls off during, shaking hand, walking down the street. Probrably also has some potential for warfare.

A friend at worked mention Motes today, an active and wireless version of an RFID tag. It communicates with other motes. Now if these things can get as small as Hitachi’s RFID, well then we can REALLY has some fun.
